During pickup, the rider creates a provisional challan with estimated pricing for collected items. The item’s brand/label, embellishments, and category are finalized at our processing unit, leading to the issuance of the final invoice. Please note that the rider’s challan is not the final bill
Pickup and delivery are free within standard zones.
A ₹100 fee applies for address changes beyond 2 km from the original location.
Please count your garments during delivery—no claims will be accepted later.
Standard Laundry: 2–3 working days
Dry Cleaning: 4–5 working days
Bulk items (blankets, quilts, carpets): 5–7 days
Express Dry Cleaning: Available at extra charge (50–100% depending on urgency)
100% stain removal isn’t guaranteed. We aren’t responsible for fastness/running of colour /shrinkage in dry cleaning service.
Every effort is made to remove stains under dry clean services, but BRILLIANT WASH will not be responsible for stubborn and un-removable stains
We are not responsible for color bleeding, shrinkage, or damage caused by inherent fabric issues or improper stitching.
We inspect all garments before processing; rider does not inspect for defects at pickup.
If an item is damaged or lost due to our process, our maximum liability is 5x the cleaning tariff of the item.
Orders cannot be canceled once invoiced.
If cancellation is requested after pickup, ₹100 visiting fee applies.
Refunds are not applicable for processed or prepaid orders.
High-value or designer items (₹5,000+) must be declared at pickup.
Premium cleaning charges may range from 25% to 100% of the declared item value.
Undeclared items will be treated as standard orders, and liability will be limited accordingly.
All articles are accepted at customers risk at the time of delivery. Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to count/check/assess the garments properly in the presence of our delivery executive. Once our delivery executive has left the customer’s location, brand cannot be held responsible for anything unreported
Remove valuables or accessories before pickup.
Items not collected within 15 days of delivery will not be the responsibility of Brilliant Wash.
Discounts are not valid on weekends or express orders.
Promotional codes are non-transferable and subject to change.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Gurgaon, Haryana.
Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
